motorpsyho(モーターサイコ)ブランドから、Dave Deal’s “The Coupe from Riverside(ザ・クーペ・フロム・リバーサイド)”ミニチュア ver.キットが発売になりました。 このキットはレジン製ボディに、メタル製シャシー、エンジン等のディテールを組み合わせた構成ゆえ、この種のキットに手慣れた方がお作りになるならメタルを研磨して光らせたり、プラモデル系の方なら多少磨いて下地を作り、塗装するなり、要はどうにでも楽しんで頂けるのが良いところです。 原型は、秋葉征人さん(プラスアルファ)、パーツのキャスティングはモデルファクトリーヒロさん。全長50mm程度の小さなモデルですが、フロントカウル開閉可能、エンジンやコクピット、Dave Dealを模したドライバーフィギュアも繊細に再現される凝った内容です。 上の画像の右側、オレンジのモデルはキットをストレートに組んだもので、左側のティールグリーンのはタイヤのロゴやゼッケンのロゴを使わずにレッドリボンに塗装して仕上げられたストリート仕様。 非常に対照的で、ともに魅力的です。 エンジンやエグゾーストパイプなどのメタルパーツは研磨しますと、金属特有の美しい輝きを放ちます。もちろん全てのパーツを塗装仕上げとして頂いても良いと思います。 FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS The Coupe From Riverside miniature version resin/metal kit ! The model is “The Coupe from Riverside” based on an illustration by legendary car cartoonist Dave Deal. This time, the coupe has been given a Choro-Q style makeouver! With a new prototype created for this kit, the opening and closing of the hood is now possible, and details of the engine and cockpit are delicately reproduced. The body is made of resin, the details of the engine, interior, wheels etc. are made of white metal, and the shaft is made of brass parts. Dave Deal himself is included as a miniaturised driver figure! Decals and instructions included. Resin and metal casting was completed by Model Factory Hiro. The price is JP10,000Yen.
